Management Team

Mark R. Frye, President

As the President of Palmer Energy, Mark leads the Palmer Energy team as it consults on energy procurement and utilization matters for thousands of industrial, commercial, educational, community, and aggregation clients.

Since Mark’s acquisition of Palmer Energy in 1994, the company has become a leader in unbiased energy consulting. Mark’s years of experience and expertise in the natural gas, electric and renewable energy markets, utility distribution tariffs and regulatory policy have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for Palmer’s customers. Additionally, Mark has experience serving as an expert witness before the Public Utility Commission of Ohio on natural gas and electric rate cases.

Kirkland Mizerek, Executive Vice President

As the Executive Vice President for Palmer Energy, Kirkland is responsible for establishing new customers and managing key relationships. He has over twenty years’ experience working with commercial, institutional, and industrial customers. Prior to his current position, Kirk was Major Accounts Manager for Columbia Gas of Ohio. Kirk is a graduate of Lourdes College with a Bachelor of Arts in business. He earned his MBA at Heidelberg College, and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Anne Schenk, Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Anne’s responsibilities include oversight of natural gas and electric operations and supervision of Palmer’s internal analyst team.  Anne also provides consulting and procurement services for Palmer Energy’s key natural gas and electric clients, as well as management of the Growers Energy Solutions Natural Gas and Electric Savings Programs.
